So if you drink a cup of coffee at 4pm, you will still have half of the caffeine racing through your body at 11pm. For restful and sound sleep, cut the caffeine out of your life.

Avoid forcing yourself to sleep each night. Instead of striving for a regular bedtime, go to bed when you are tired. Waiting a little bit can help you fall asleep quicker since you won’t be tossing and turning and thinking about sleep too much.
